Arsenal are reportedly confident of securing the signing of Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk. Football Insider claim they have been given the ‘green light’ to land the Ukraine international this winter. The 21-year-old is being tipped for a bright future in the game.

Martin Odegaard believes the Gunners need to keep focusing on themselves and not 2nd place Manchester City. He has told the club website: “As we’ve said many times, we focus on ourselves. We don’t care too much about the other teams. We’re just focused on ourselves. Keep working hard, stay humble. We look for the next game and win that one. That’s all that matters.”

Chelsea

Chelsea have apparently set their sights on landing Atletico Madrid’s Joao Felix in January. The Telegraph report the Blues are ‘looking’ at a potential loan deal for the 23-year-old. He impressed at the World Cup earlier this month with Portugal and may now be on his way to England.

Jorginho is being linked with a switch to high-flying Newcastle United. His contract expires at the end of this campaign and Eddie Howe’s side have made him their ‘prime target’ next month, as per the Daily Mail.
