Arsenal continued their good form on Thursday night with a narrow win over Bodo/Glimt.

Bukayo Saka was on target to ensure the Gunners picked up all three points on a tricky artificial pitch, all but wrapping up progression to the next round. The Gunners return to Premier League action on Sunday, taking on Leeds United away from home, and they will once again be looking to keep hold of top spot.

Mikel Arteta’s men are in superb form currently, only failing to win one of their Premier League games so far, and they will be looking to continue that form here. In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest transfer news and rumours surrounding the Gunners.

Take a look below:

Martinez blow

Real Madrid are said to have expressed an interest in reported Arsenal target Lautaro Martinez. The Gunners are said to be pushing for a deal to sign the attacker, who scored against Barcelona during the week.

According to The Times, Arsenal have tried to sign Martinez in the past, and Calcio Mercato Web are saying Real Madrid are now interested as they search for long-term replacements for Karim Benzema.

Given Arsenal have only recently spent big to sign Gabriel Jesus, so Real Madrid may just be favourites if they are indeed interested, given Martinez would cost a significant amount.

Arsenal are said to be pushing for a deal to sign Jeremy Doku. According to Sport, via Caught Offside, the Gunners are eyeing the Stade Rennais winger, who has been impressing in Ligue 1.

The 20-year-old joined Rennes from Anderlecht two years ago, and he has caught the eye despite some injury issues. Arteta needs more depth out wide, and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a younger player targeted. Doku could be an option, especially if Arsenal don’t want to spend big, also needing a midfielder.
