BST Hyde Park, Pink: Eurovision star Sam Ryder, Tinashe, Sam Tompkins and Lyra added to bills

American singer Tinashe and Eurovision star Sam Ryder will perform in central London in June.

Eurovision singer Sam Ryder and Tinashe are among the acts added to festival dates topped by Pink, with special guest Gwen Stefani

Ryder joins the line-up for BST Hyde Park on Saturday June 24, along with Sam Tompkins, Gayle, Maddie Zahm, Mae Stephens and Will Linley.

On Sunday June 25, Tinashe will perform, along with Lyra, Maddie Zahm, Valencia Grace, Nell Mescal and Beren Olivia.

More names are still to be announced for the two days, which are headlined by Pink as part of her 2023 Summer Carnival European Tour, with support from Gwen Stefani of No Doubt.

Sam Ryder - BST Hyde Park - June 24

The Brit Awards nominee represented the UK at Eurovision last year and came second. His debut album, There’s Nothing But Space, Man!. hit number one in the UK Official Charts, and included hit singles Space Man and Living Without You with Sigala and David Guetta.

Sam Tompkins started out as a busker in Brighton and has since found a huge fanbase including Justin Bieber, with his EP Who do you pray to? making the top ten..

Gayle, who is on tour with Pink, became a Grammy-nominated viral sensation with debut single ABCDEFU.

Saturday’s stages will also welcome Boise-bred storyteller Maddie Zahm, compelling vocalist Mae Stephens and “pretty boy pop” maker Will Linley.

Tinashe - BST Hyde Park - June 25

”Multi-platinum-certified R&B disruptor” Tinashe landed in 2014 with the critically acclaimed Aquarius, before winning an Ivor Novello award with All My Friends with Snakehips and Chance the Rapper. Now with five albums to her name, she released single Who’s Taking You Home with Kyle earlier this month.

Lyra, from County Cork, established herself with a string of singles including the catchy Lose My Mind and her first track of 2023, You.

Maddie Zahm will return for a second performance on Sunday, alongside TikTok star Valencia Grace; Nell Mescal, an Irish artist making waves with singles Homesick and Missing You; and alt-pop singer-songwriter Beren Olivia.

Pink -BST Hyde Park - June 24-25

Pink comes to the UK for the first time since 2019’s Beautiful Trauma World Tour. This summer she joins fellow headliners: Guns N’ Roses (June 30), Take That (July 1), Blackpink (July 2), Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band (July 6 and 8), Billy Joel (July 7) and Lana Del Rey (July 9).

Pink said: “It’s been a long three years and I’ve missed live music so so much. So it’s finally time. I am so excited to get back to the UK and Europe to sing, cry, sweat and make new memories with my friends. It’s going to be magical.”

Fans can expect iconic songs and newer hits from her latest number one album, Trustfall.

The Summer Carnival 2023 Tour also travels to the University of Bolton Stadium, the Stadium of Light in Sunderland and Villa Park, Birmingham.
