London weather latest: Google is saying it's going to snow in London this evening

I don’t know about you but when it comes to following a weather forecast I sometimes get a bit confused by which one is right.
Instinctively, I’d go to the Met Office because they are the national forecaster but sometimes it’s quicker to consult our favourite search engine Google.

Take today for example, the BBC is forecasting rain, the Met Office is saying showers and cloud and Google is saying there’s a chance of snow!

According to Google, the light rain could turn into snow at around 8pm in London. It won’t last long but there’s a 40% chance of snowfall.
Temperatures are likely to drop to around 3C tonight and will remain in the lower digits for the remainder of the week. Temperatures will dip below freezing towards the weekend.
