A ‘berserk’ dog started attacking commuters at a South London train station on the evening of Friday, 20 May 2022.

This came after its ‘irresponsible owner’ was believed to have accidentally let go of its leash, leaving the uncontrollable dog to dangerously wander around streets of the capital.

The horrifying event transpired over the course of the night, until a male bystander bravely intervened in an attempt to calm the animal down and bring a halt to its rampage.

This is believed to have occurred at approximately 6:45 pm.

However, the dangerous dog turned on this individual and after moments of struggle, the man managed to grab hold of the leash and put his knee on the back of the dog to subdue it.
