A man has been charged with murder after dad-of-one Reece Newcombe was fatally stabbed following a fight on Richmond Bridge.

Ross Hamilton, 32, of Wood Lane, Isleworth was charged yesterday (Tuesday, November 29) with the murder and common assault.

He will appear in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, November 30).

Police were called at around 4am on Saturday, November 26, to a fight on Richmond Bridge.

Boxing trainer Reece, 31, from Egham was found at the scene with critical injuries.

He died later that morning in hospital.

Hamilton was arrested on Monday, November 28, and was subsequently charged as above.

A second male, aged 28, was arrested on Tuesday, November 29, on suspicion of murder.

He was taken to a west London police station and later bailed to return in January 2023.
