Adrian Keise: Three arrested on suspicion of murder after Waterloo stabbing

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was fatally stabbed outside a restaurant in Waterloo.

Adrian Keise, 32, died from stab injuries after an incident outside Cubana Restaurant in Lower Marsh Street, in Lambeth.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, November 2, and two other men, aged 23 and 19, were arrested on Thursday, November 3.

All three were arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.

Met officers and paramedics were called at 2.15am on Saturday, October 29, and found Adrian near a block of flats in Frazier Street, at around 2.30am.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. Despite the efforts of emergency services, he died a short time later.

A post-mortem examination has taken place and given cause of death as stab injuries.

DCI Brian Howie, from the Met Police specialist crime unit, said: “It is now nearly a week since Adrian was brutally attacked and killed.

“These arrests demonstrate this investigation is making progress but I still need witnesses and information about the attack.”

He added: “If you were in the area in the early hours of October 29 and saw the incident that led to Adrian being stabbed, or have information that could help, then I urge you to get in contact.

“Detectives, along with local officers, will also be down at the scene on Friday night to appeal for witnesses. If you can help, or have any concerns, then please speak to them.”
