Wagtail is London’s latest rooftop offering located near Bank and Monument stations, meaning you have a view of the city from the top. The venue has for up to 400 guests, with cocktails and dancing until 2am.

LSQ Rooftop is located at one of London’s most iconic address – 1 Leicester Square. There are 9 floors above the vibrant streets of the buzzing West End, with some of the best views the city has to offer of the capital skyline. One TripAdvisor reviewer said: "Food was sensational, atmosphere so relaxing and the views breath taking."

10° Sky Bar has a great vantage point on the 28th floor of London Hilton on Park Lane. For some fine dining to go with the fireworks, head chef Marc Hardiman and Chef Patrons Chris & Jeff Galvin, are champions of the seasonal British larder with a nod towards French cuisine. It’s also one of the poshest places in town, and doesn’t admit anyone wearing sportswear, sandals, or flip flops.

In east London, The Rooftop at One Hundred Shoreditch takes its design inspiration from Palm Springs. It might be chilly London, but close your eyes and you could be in a Californian dream in East London with its pink colour scheme, lush succulents, cacti and urban landscape views from the outdoor rooftop terrace. The outside terrace is not bookable, so get there early.
