Trinity Bridge announces appointment of Stephanie Watzek as Managing Director for Germany to support its continued growth in Central Europe

Launched in 2022 by Sam Seigler, Trinity Bridge was inspired by Sam’s vision to build a world-class executive search firm with deep-rooted sector knowledge and a focus on delivering exceptional client service and candidate experience.

Following impressive growth of 60 per cent over the last 12 months alone, Trinity Bridge has firmly established its niche in the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure sectors and is now opening a second office in Germany to strengthen its presence in Europe.

Joining the business from 2nd June 2025 with almost 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Stephanie will be heading up the new office based in Berlin as Managing Director.

Prior to working in executive search, Stephanie held roles in operations and revenue management at Kempinski Hotels. She joins Trinity Bridge from LHC International where she helped to appoint senior leaders across the real estate and hospitality sectors. Her expertise will be invaluable to the Trinity Bridge team as it continues to grow its presence in central Europe.
