On 8th February 2025, L&Q’s popular one- and two-bedroom Shared Ownership homes at Kew Bridge Rise will open to all buyers, having previously launched to local west London purchasers.

Set on the border of Chiswick and Brentford, the premium new development is a joint venture between L&Q and housebuilder The Hill Group, offering affordable homes in a luxury setting with high-end resident-only facilities.

Providing housing in a sought-after area, L&Q will deliver 218 homes at Kew Bridge Rise, 152 of which will be available for Shared Ownership and 66 for affordable rent. Market sale homes are available from The Hill Group. L&Q’s Shared Ownership homes will be available to move into in spring 2025,* with pricing starting from £107,500 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment.
