New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tower Hamlets’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tower Hamlets’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Satay Street, at Goulston Street Market, Goulston Street, London was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 28.

And Mr Sausage, at Elys Yard, 15 Hanbury Street, London was given a score of one on June 15.

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 381 takeaways with ratings, 232 (61%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
