New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Redbridge’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Sushi Co, at 2 The Broadway, Woodford Green was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 6.

And Adana Cuisine, at 510 High Road, Ilford was given a score of three on January 10.

It means that of Redbridge's 353 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 215 (61%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
