New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Redbridge’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Pizza Hot & Fried Chicken, at 311 High Road, Ilford was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 12.

And Woods Fish Bar Ltd, at 63 George Lane, South Woodford was given a score of one on June 30.

It means that of Redbridge's 198 takeaways with ratings, 98 (49%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
