Friends Kitchen & Pizza Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 3 To 5, 232 - 236 Green Street, Forest Gate, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 15.

And Yankees, a takeaway at 433 Barking Road, East Ham, London was also given a score of three on June 15.
