New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Havering’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Wing Hing, at 184 Main Road, Romford was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 21.

And Tops Pizza / Wingos, at 208 High Street, Hornchurch was given a score of three on December 21.

It means that of Havering's 179 takeaways with ratings, 85 (47%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
