Dragon's Lounge, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 225 Kenton Lane, Harrow, Harrow was given the maximum score after assessment on September 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Harrow's 318 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 177 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
