Favourable Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 64 Eltham High Street, Eltham, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on August 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 257 takeaways with ratings, 171 (67%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
