Enfield road closures: four for motorists to avoid over the next fortnight

Enfield's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And two of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

• M25, from 10pm October 23 to 5.30am October 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 26 to junction 27, Lane closure for Led Scheme works.

• M25, from 10pm October 25 to 5am October 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25 to junction 26, Lane closure for inspection and survey works.

• M25, from 10pm November 4 to 5am November 6, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 26 to junction 24, Lane and slip road closure for ERA Bay Ecology works, diversion via National Highways roads.

• M25, from 9pm November 6 to 5am November 11, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane and carriageway closure for ERA Bay Ecology works, diversion via National Highways roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
