Keu, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 168 Salisbury House, London Wall, London was given the score after assessment on February 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 775 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 662 (85%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
