All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Chelsea and Tottenham after wins for both clubs,

Chelsea and Tottenham have gone into the international break in good spirits following wins for both London clubs.

Chelsea came from behind to make easy work of Burnley away from home, continuing their recovery following a disappointing start to the season, while Tottenham saw off Luton Town with 10 men to go top of the Premier League. Spurs will be looking to keep their run of form going heading into a winnable run of games after the break, while Chelsea will want to close in on the top six.

In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding both clubs.

Bissouma criticism

BBC pundit Garth Crooks has slammed Yves Bissouma for his dive and red card against Luton.

“Why Yves Bissouma thought it a good idea to dive having already been booked earlier in the game beggars belief,” Crooks said.

“His second caution was totally justified and such recklessness needs to be addressed by Tottenham’s coaching staff immediately before a costlier moment comes against a much bigger club.”

Neville claim

Elsewhere, gary Neville has been speaking about Chelsea and what they need if they are going to finish in the top four this season.

He said on the Gary Neville Podcast: “Chelsea are not far away if they got a centre-forward and a centre-half. Even though they spent a billion quid, they still need two players.”

Chelsea do still have Christopher Nkunku to come back from injury, perhaps taking care of the forward part of that claim, while they will likely need to sign another centre-back to cope with the long-term loss of Wesley Fofana. It remains to be seen whether the Blues will spend big again in January, but Mauricio Pochettino has made it clear he wants more depth up top despite the presence of Nkunku, Armando Broja and Nicolas Jackson.
